Samsung Galaxy S23 reveal set for 1st February

Are you looking forward to Samsung’s next flagship smartphone? If you are, then you might be interested to learn that the date of the official reveal has been, well, revealed!

This is according to a tweet by Ice Universe in which they shared that the Samsung Colombia website has stated that the company will be hosting a Galaxy Unpacked event on the 1st of February.

While there is no confirmation that this will be for the Galaxy S23, it’s probably safe to assume that it will be about the phone, especially since Samsung typically schedules its flagship announcements in the early part of the year.

It will be exciting and interesting to see what Samsung will be bringing to the table. So far most of the specs and leaks are based on rumors. There is almost a guarantee that the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, but apart from that, the rumors have all suggested that it will be an iterative upgrade.

The design of the phone isn’t expected to change that much, but we have heard that there could be some internal hardware changes like a better cooling system, improved night photography, doubled base storage, and more. We have also heard that the price of the phone is expected to remain the same as the Galaxy S23, so that’s good if it’s true.

Either way, we should expect an official invite soon if the 1st of February date is accurate, so check back with us later for more updates.
